Very simply - at Chocolates and Confections, we guarantee your satisfaction! We expect everything we ship to be of the highest quality in terms of product and shipping service and want every customer to be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we realize that returns or replacements are sometimes unavoidable. If you aren't satisfied - for any reason - simply contact us within one week of receipt. We'll send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Chocolates and Confections cannot be responsible for an undeliverable shipment due to incorrect address provided at checkout. When placing an order, please carefully check recipient's address as it is difficult to correct an address once the package leaves our facility. We are not always notified of undeliverable packages, and due to the expense we cannot reship because of customer error. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier immediately.
